‘I’ll Use You as Scapegoat’ – Rudeboy Threatens Legal Action Over Defamation on X

Nigerian music star Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rudeboy from the group P-Square, has threatened to take legal action against a social media user who made false and damaging claims about him online.

The issue started after photos from the 25th birthday celebration of Rudeboy’s wife, Ivy Ifeoma, were shared on X (formerly Twitter). Some users mocked the couple because of their age difference.

However, things escalated when a user named @chubbiedivah made serious accusations. The user claimed that Rudeboy had inappropriate relations with a female domestic staff, who was allegedly underage at the time. It was also claimed that Rudeboy sent his former wife and her sister out of the house when they confronted him about it.

These posts quickly got attention, and fans of the singer alerted him.

In a strong response, Rudeboy posted on X, saying he would do everything possible to find the user and take legal action. He said:

“I hardly reply, but you see this one @chubbiedivah, if you like go private or leave X, I will find you. I will use every necessary means, power, resources, and money.

You will face the law. I will use you as an example — a scapegoat. Your only way out is to leave the surface of this earth and relocate to space.

To everyone who brought my attention to her tweet, thank you.”

After Rudeboy’s reaction, the user @chubbiedivah deactivated both her X and Instagram accounts, likely trying to avoid further trouble.
