
A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Odo-Otin Local Government, Tele Michael Oyegoke, has appreciated community leaders, political stakeholders, and other special guests for gracing the 2025 edition of Inisa Day.
According to Oyegoke, “Inisa Day 2025 was a successful celebration because of the love for Inisa, and the sterling contributions of dignitaries who graced the occasion.”

In his message of appreciation, he said, “I commend our Father, the Olunisa of Inisa Land, HRM Oba Joseph Oyedele Fasikun II, for his sterling leadership of Inisa and the Royal direction that made the celebration a great success. I also commend the Olunisa-In-Council, especially my father and leader, the Oluomo of Inisa Land, Alhaji Shuaib Afolabi Oyedokun, to the Akinrogun of Inisa Land, Comrade Poju Ogunsola, the Chairman of Inisa Development Union (IDU), Prof. Tunde Babawale, and all members of the Executive Committee for their hard work and commitment to making the event colourful and well organized.”

“I thank the Olona of Ada, Dr. Oyetunde Olumuyiwa Ojo, and Alhaji Abdul Kabiru Adekunle Okikiola Ajisope for their presence and support. I also thank indigenes of Inisa, both at home and abroad, for displaying exemplary unity and love for our community.”
“My gratitude also goes to Oyeladun Ibraheem, for identifying with Inisa. I thank Ward Coordinators for their loyalty, teamwork, and cooperation to make the event colourful”, he stated.

The APC stalwart also thanked his extended family members from Ile Olugbede, Ile Eleshin, Ile Oluawo, and Ile Esa Orun compounds for their strong presence and support. He appreciated Oyemojo Social Club and Otaaregi Social Club for showing up in large numbers and adding joy to the event.
Oyegoke expressed deep thanks to the community for the posthumous award to his late father, the Basorun of Inisa, Chief Kolawole Oyegoke, saying the honour means a lot to his family and will always be remembered as a gesture of love.

He ended by thanking everyone who contributed to the success of Inisa Day 2025, promising to continue supporting the progress of Inisa Land.
He said “this year’s celebration showed how much we can achieve when we all come together. I thank everyone for their love, support, and presence. May Inisa continue to grow in peace and prosperity.”
