Disqualification: Ireti Osun (ODB) Calls For Calm

The Ireti Osun Movement, a sociopolitical group affiliated to Omooba Dotun Babayemi, has called for calm, following news of the disqualification of Babayemi from the APC Gubernatorial race.

In a statement released to the Press by its Director of Media and Publicity, Kayode Oladeji, the Movement called on supporters to await the outcome of the Screening Appeal committee set up by the APC.

“The Ireti Osun Movement of Omooba Dotun Babayemi sincerely thanks its teeming supporters in and outside Osun State for their steadfastness and unwavering commitment to the course of our project.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation towards ensuring the realization of our aspiration principally aimed at the enthronement of good governance for the prosperity of all the residents of our dear state.

Please let us remain calm and focused while we await the outcome of the Appeal Committee of our great party, the APC, as constituted by our national leadership.

Once again, at this auspicious time, we seek your calmness and cooperation.
