Babayemi congratulates Muslims on Hijrah 1447

A leading governorship aspirant for the All Progressives Congress, APC ticket in Osun State, Omooba Dotun Babayemi, has congratulated the Muslim faithful in the state on the celebration of the New Year calendar, adding that this is a moment of hope and a new beginning.

Babayemi made this known in a congratulatory message made available to journalists, where he emphasized that Hijrah is a time to embrace the future with renewed faith and establish new goals.

According to him, “Hijrah reminds us of the strength in sacrifice, the power of purpose, and the hope in new beginnings.”

Babayemi, who prayed for a year filled with divine guidance, also called for more peaceful coexistence among Muslims and the people of other faiths in the country.

 He emphasized that nothing can be achieved in a society lacking peace and unity.
